Please note that I have not been able to find much information about the Institute for Human Rights and Humanitarian Studies online. However, Webster University, which is located in Webster Groves (St. Louis, Missouri) does have an undergraduate major in International Human Rights and is currently hosting a year of activities focusing on Human Rights, with a focus on women.
